Tuesday night personal

The 401K looked pretty good today. Now I don't feel so bad. The one fund I put it in is one of the few (or maybe two) that are actually going up at my 401K company. All the funds that my former strategy consisted of are in red ink.

Kind of watching "Flipping Out." It has its moments. I don't find Jeff - the main character - attractive, however. Maybe it's all the filler and botox (which he admits to). (Has the fake pouty lips.) Gage, his BF and business manager, is kind of cute. My favorite is Zoila ("I'm not a dirty bitch"), the maid.

My gravy came out excellent, if I may say. The hot roast beef sandwich fixings are packed up and ready to take to work in the a.m.

Watching "Wild Russia" now.

BTW, the chicken salad I made last night was ferociously good. Supervisor loved it too, and she's a chicken salad aficionado and makes a Cuban version with chopped apples, also very good, but I still like mine better. (Apples must be some kind of exotic ingredient for Caribbean people.) I prefer my chicken salad savory, with celery and dill relish, etc., nothing overtly sweet.

Had the chicken salad for breakfast. Had two Lean Cuisines for lunch.
